Age Verification Policy

Ultra Chill Store sells products that are for adults only. You must be 21 years of age or older to buy from us, and we check every order before it ships.

How we confirm your age

  • At checkout you’ll enter your date of birth and confirm that you are 21 or older. Orders from anyone under 21 can’t be completed.
  • Photo ID: you’ll upload a clear picture of a valid, unexpired government-issued ID (driver’s licence, state ID, or passport). The name and date of birth must be readable and match the name on the order.
  • Manual review: our team looks over each ID before your order is packed. Most reviews are done within one business day.

If we can’t verify you

If the ID is missing, expired, unreadable, or doesn’t match the order, we’ll reach out by email. If we still can’t confirm your age, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Delivery

Where required by law or by the carrier, an adult 21 or older must sign for the package and may be asked to show ID at delivery.

Your privacy

We never ask for your Social Security number. ID images are used only to confirm your age and are not shared or sold.
